Is your pet lost?

Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – contact the shelter at (905) 845-1551.

Please be prepared to:

• Explain the problem to the answering service
• Give the exact address and the nearest major cross streets
• Leave your name and a contact telephone number

An Animal Protection Officer will contact you.

Other animal shelters in surrounding Municipalities.

When should you call us in an emergency?

Please contact us immediately for the following emergency services:

• You suspect animal cruelty that is life threatening
• A wild animal has been injured (i.e. hit by a car)
• An animal is in imminent danger
