The fees for the 2010 Town of Oakville dog licences are:
Before February 15th 2010:
$20 if your dog is spayed/neutered ($10 for Seniors over 65)
$45 if your dog is not spayed/neutered ($22.50 for Seniors over 65)
After February 15th 2010:
$25 if your dog is spayed/neutered ($12.50 for Seniors over 65)
$50 if your dog is not spayed/neutered ($25 for Seniors over 65)
The ODHS reserves the right to request proof of spay or neuter.

Important licencing facts:
- The Oakville and District Humane Society acts as licencing agent on behalf of the Town of Oakville.
- Dog licences must be obtained within seven days of becoming an owner and annually not later than February 15th. Failure to do this may result in a fine.
- No person shall keep, at any one time, at any one location, in the Town of Oakville more than 3 dogs of any age in excess of 6 months
- No owner shall allow his dog to run at large in the Town of Oakville.
- All notifications of renewal are a courtesy only. Failure to receive notification does not exempt any dog owner from their legal requirement to maintain a valid licence for their dog.
